Underwear & Seamless pieces: 
For hygiene reasons, all underwear and seamless intimate pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bodysuits:
Bodysuits may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition  
- All original tags and packaging are intact  
- The item shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return & Exchange Process  
To request a return or exchange:
1. Contact our customer support with your order number within 14 days of purchase.  
2. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending the item back.  
3. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund accordingly.

The brand nu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
